Malibu Wedding Photography with Leo & Chrissy’s

Leo and Chrissy was a wedding I was looking forward to. Traveling is one of my favorite things, and so is shooting weddings. So, traveling for a wedding is always exciting. O the big day, I was up early to get ready for some Malibu Wedding Photography.

Malibu is about two and a half-hour drive from Carlsbad, where I live. I made sure to arrive early to grab some food and check out the venue, Malibu Solstice Vineyards, that I had visited seen before. I was impressed with this Malibu hills venue and felt it would be a beautiful place for some Malibu Wedding Photography.

The couple started to get ready separately in the winery. Both were having a lot of fun with their close friends. It was extra special for Leo, that had some family and friends from Brazil and other parts of the USA. He hadn’t seen them since before Covid. And Chrissy had her close family and friends with her at that special moment.

The wedding ceremony site at Malibu Solstice Vineyards is fantastic. It overlooks the Malibu hills and the pacific ocean. A setup is impossible to beat anywhere in the world. It was a beautiful wedding ceremony, and the couple said vows that they wrote themselves. Chrissy was very emotional as Leo said he had found the girl of his dreams.

After some portraits inside The Malibu Solstice Vineyards house and outside, I returned the couple for the grand entrance. Once again, the breathtaking background help creates some beautiful photos. After that, Leo and Chrissy were ready to party with their family and friends.

But the party could not get started at this Malibu wedding without some formalities. During the reception and welcome speech, Chrissy thanked everyone for their efforts to be there on such a special day. After the speeches, an incredible sunset blessed the bride and groom for their first dance. The guests cheered and smoked cigars as the couple did their first dance as husband and wife.

It was a memorable Malibu wedding, and I wish Leo and Chrissy all the luck in the world.
