It was my very first La Jolla Women’s Club wedding, and I couldn’t be more excited. Justin and Eileen are two of the most fun to be around people I know. I had a lot of fun on their engagement session a few months ago. They brought their convertible Audi A4 to the session, and we drove around Carlsbad and Encinitas looking for some good spots. Check out their beautiful engagement session!
The wedding day started at their La Jolla rental house. In addition to her family and friends, Eileen was getting ready for the big day. There were many people at the house, therefore a lot was going on. Justin and his friends were getting ready at a nearby hotel.
We met at the venue, for the fist look of bride and groom. Everyone was really excited for this La Jolla Women’s Club wedding that was about to happen.
First look followed some bride and groom portraits inside the property. Due to the extra time we gave, we were able to take some family photos out of the way before the ceremony. It’s always more relaxing for the couple when we are able to accomplish that.
The ceremony was gorgeous. The backlit arch, with the flowers, was one of my favorite backgrounds from recent wedding ceremonies.
Now, it was time to party! But, not before I was able to take the couple for a quick portrait session at the beach. This was something we had previously planned, consequently everything ran smoothly. We were back in time for the grand entrance.
The couple and the guests partied hard during reception. Aside from the time the couple cut the cake, everyone was in the dance floor. It was a memorable La Jolla Women’s club wedding.
