Tom and Chelsea’s Twin Oaks House Wedding
Every wedding is not just about the love that two people share. It’s also about family and friendship. At Tom and Chelsea’s Twin Oaks House wedding, they chose to be where everyone is. They flew all the way out to San Diego from Israel so they could get married near their loved ones.
The Twin Oaks House was the perfect venue for such an affair. It was an outdoor ceremony, right there on the grass. The reception happened in a huge tent. It was all very rustic. There was just a laidback feeling in the air that became even better when I saw how happy and excited everyone was.
The day was off to a great start. Chelsea was just hanging out with the girls, her mom included. As for the guys, Chelsea’s dad was doing a great job teaching Tom how to fix their ties.
The first look was just emotional. You can tell that Tom and Chelsea both can’t wait to exchange vows. Their bridesmaids and groomsmen took part in this emotional reunion from the background. It was sweet, the way everyone evidently knew that this union was meant to be.
It’s interesting how they fused a modern backyard wedding with the traditional Jewish rite. This tells me that this couple are both sentimental and adventurous. And that’s a great mix.
The greenhouse was definitely one of my favorite places in the property. I knew the first time I did an ocular that this Twin Oaks House wedding is not going to be complete without a few shots here. So as we walked around the property for some photos post-ceremony, this was one of our major stops. It was also very obvious that Chelsea was very taken with this area, too.
The fun was never lost. The speeches alone told me how much these people loved to laugh. The dancing was non-stop, too. Everybody danced! This was understandable, knowing that a lot of them were from out of town. They all wanted to make the most out of this amazing occasion.
It was a pretty cold evening, but that didn’t spoil the mood in this Twin Oaks House wedding. Even the photo booth was a big hit! I just knew that this is one wedding I would never forget.
Very passionate Twin Oaks House wedding, in San Marcos
